Team 360 is a group of high-performing employees appointed to shape and manage Boxley’s corporate responsibility program, focusing on the following: environmental sustainability, community outreach, employee health/wellness, and employee communication. The report highlights how Boxley is finding “Excellence Through Empowerment.”
In the report, Boxley President Jeff Perkins said the company’s excellence stems from Boxley’s ability to hire and train great people and empower them to do their jobs.
“Now in its second full year, the results from Team 360 are proof positive that empowerment is a powerful tool for achieving excellence,” Perkins wrote in the report. “In 2018, Team 360 developed solutions to connect and communicate with employees at all locations, motivated employees to adopt healthier habits, sought ways to make our operations more sustainable and expanded our volunteer efforts in the communities Boxley serves.”
